Who you contract with

GrantReady is provided by Asteria Works, LLC ("we", "us"). When you use GrantReady, you are contracting with Asteria Works, LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

GrantReady is software that helps nonprofits track grants, deadlines, requirements, payments, documents and reminders. Optional paid features, such as Lifetime Access and Grant Search, are described at purchase.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. If you use GrantReady for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse GrantReady, including by:

• using it unlawfully or for fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual property or other rights;
• uploading malware, probing or attacking security, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing usage limits;
• reselling or redistributing the service without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and files you add. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only to provide and secure the service.

Our intellectual property

Asteria Works, LLC owns GrantReady and its software, documentation, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled. See also our Refund Policy.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep GrantReady reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GrantReady does not provide legal, financial or funding advice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using GrantReady at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, death or personal injury.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
