Our refund window
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to the Lifetime Access purchase and to Grant Search subscription payments. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or contact our support team and we will help you through it.
What happens after a refund
When a Lifetime Access purchase is refunded, Lifetime features are removed from that organization. When a subscription payment is refunded or a subscription is canceled, its access follows the outcome of that refund or cancellation.
